| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨显微外科手术治疗听神经瘤的问题，以期提高治疗效果、改善患者生活质量。方法 选取50例听神经瘤患者且给予枕下-乙状窦经内听道入路的显微外科手术方法，同时对该方法治疗效果进行观察和分析。结果 肿瘤全切率为84.00%，面神经解剖保留率为80.00%，随访半年面神经功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级者占64.00%，且生活质量较术前明显改善（P<0.01）。结论 显微外科手术治疗听神经瘤效果显著，能够明显提高肿瘤全切率、保护面神经，同时可以较好地改善患者生活质量。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effects of microsurgical treatment of acoustic neuroma in order to improve the of effects of treatment and patients′ quality of life.Methods Fifty patients with acoustic neuroma were selected and given microsurgery via suboccipital-retro internal auditory canal approach. The therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results Total tumor removal rate was 84.00%, The facial nerve anatomy retention rate was 80.00%. Six months after treatment the facial nerve function at Ⅰ～Ⅱ level accounted for 64.00% and the patients′quality of life were markedly improved compared with preoperative results (P<0.01).Conclusion The effects of microsurgery in the treatment of acoustic neuroma is significant. It can significantly improve the total tumor removal rate, protect the facial nerve and better improve patient′s quality of life. |
