2型糖尿病患者动态血糖变化与糖化血红蛋白水平的相关性分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨2型糖尿病患者动态血糖变化与糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)水平的相关性,为预防2型糖尿病并发症的发生提供参考。方法 选取2009-05~2011-05收治的18例2型糖尿病患者,采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)观察2型糖尿病患者血糖变化与HbA1c的相关性。结果 经Pearson分析显示,HbA1c与日内血糖水平呈正相关(P<0.05),与餐后血糖波动幅度(PPGE)无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论 CGMS能详细显示日内血糖波动情况,HbA1c能反映日内整体血糖水平。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study the correlations between the change of blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) in patients with type 2 diabetes, to provide guidance for the prevention of complication.Methods From May 2009 to May 2011, 18 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected. The correlations between the change of blood glucose and HbA1c were observed by continuous glucose monitoring system(CGMS).Results HbA1c was positively correlated with the daily blood glucose levels (P<0.05), while was not significantly correlated with postprandial glycemic excursions(PPGE)(P>0.05).Conclusion CGMS can display the daily blood glucose fluctuation in detail, and HbA1c may comprehensively reveal the daily blood glucose levels.
