| ［摘要］ 目的 总结腕背腱鞘囊肿105例手术临床经验。方法 105例腱鞘囊肿均予手术治疗。结果 伤口Ⅰ/甲愈合103例，2例术后伤口皮肤轻度感染予换药后治愈。所有患者腕关节疼痛完全消失，关节活动正常，握力较术前明显改善。随访1～4年，1年内复发3例，>1～2年复发2例。总复发率为4.8%。结论 实施腕背腱鞘囊肿切除术，适当的大切口是手术充分显露的前提；紧贴腕骨切除囊肿是完整切除囊壁、防止术后复发的关键；注意保护桡动脉腕背支可减少术中出血和术后血肿形成；使用自制的负压引流器可减轻加压包扎所致肢体肿胀、疼痛等不适。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize clinical experience of surgical treatment in 105 patients with dorsal carpal ganglion. Methods One hundred and five patients with dorsal carpal ganglion were treated by surgery.Results Ⅰ/a wound healing were detained in 103 patients, postoperative wound skin slight-infection were found in 2 patients who were cured after changing dressing. The wrist joint pain completely disappeared in all patients,with joint normal activities, the grip strength were obviously improved. The patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years, the results showed recurrence within 1 year in 3 patients, recurrence within in 2 years in 2 patients. The total recurrence rate was 4.8%.Conclusion In resetion of dorsal copal ganglion, proper large incision is the premise of complete exposure of surgical field; close to the carpal bone resection cyst is key of complete resection of cyst wall, and preventing recurrence; paying attention to protecting dorsal carpal branch of radial artesy can reduce the intraoperatie bleeding and postope rative hematoma formation; using the self-made negative pressure drainage device can reduce limb swelling, pain and discomfort caused by compression bandage. |
