| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨可分离式髌骨爪固定加可吸收线缝合环扎治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法 采用可分离式髌骨爪固定加可吸收线缝合环扎治疗髌骨骨折46例。结果 随访6～20个月，46例患者切口均一期愈合，骨折端骨性愈合，优良率达100%。结论 采用可分离式髌骨爪固定加可吸收线缝合环扎治疗髌骨骨折，具有操作容易、手术损伤小、固定牢固、对骨折端持续性加压、可早期活动、容易取出等优点。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical therapelutic of separable patella claw fixation combined with sature and cerclage by using absorbable thread in the treatment of patella fractures.Methods Forty-six patients with patella fraoture were treated by the separable patellar claw fixation combined with suture and cerclage by using absorbable thread.Results All patients were followed up for 6～ 20 months, primary healing was obtained in all incisions; bone union was achieved in all patients.The excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion The separable patella claw fixation combined with suture and cerclage by using absorbable thread in the treatment of patella fracture, has the advantages of easy operation, less injury, firmly fixation, giving a continuous pressure on the fracture end, patients getting earlier activity, claw being taken out easily etc. |
