Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的疗效、技术要点、并发症发生的原因及其防治方法。方法 对72例共80个颅内动脉瘤采用Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞治疗。结果 47个(58.8%)动脉瘤致密栓塞,24个(30.0%)瘤颈残留,9个(11.3%)瘤体残留。手术发生相关并发症7例(9.7%),死亡2例。64例随访6~48个月,无再出血及新增神经功能缺损。38例42个动脉瘤术后6~24个月接受血管造影随访,稳定26个(61.9%),进一步栓塞5个(11.9%),再生长11个(26.2%),2个(4.8%)瘤体残留者复发需再次治疗。结论 Matrix电解弹簧圈栓塞是治疗颅内动脉瘤的安全、可靠、有效手段,定期随访血管造影评价栓塞效果是必要的。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the eficacy, technique and complication of endovascular embolization in intracranial aneruysms with Matrix coils.Methods Eighty aneruysms of 72 patients with intracranial aneruysms had been treated by Matix electrolytic coils embolization.Results Tight embolization was found in 47(58.8%) aneurysms, residual neck in 24(30.0%), and tumor-like residues in 9(11.2%). Surgery-related complications occurred in 7 patients (9.7%), 2 patients died. Sixty-four patients following up for 6 to 48 months had no rebleeding or new neruological dedficit. Thirty-eight patients with 42 aneurysms received angiography from 6 to 24 months after treatment. Results showed stabilization in 26 aneruysms(61.9%), needed for further embolization in 5(11.9%), re-growth in 11(26.2%), recurrence and needed for re-treated in 2(4.8%) tumor-like residues.Conclusion Matrix electrolytic coils embolization is safe, reliable, effective means of the treatment of intracranial aneruysms, and regular follow-up antiographic evaluation of embolization effects is necessary.
