| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨小切口腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术的优越性。方法 稍分离精索被膜和动静脉0.5 cm，用精索血管结扎针带线，从动静脉间隙进入，绕过静脉双重结扎，不剪断静脉。结果 99例手术均获成功，手术时间每侧14～20（17±3）min，术后住院时间3～4(3.6±1)d。结论 改良小切口腹膜后精索静脉高位结扎术疗效确切，手术操作简单、损伤小，以较小的手术空间，就能达到传统手术效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the supreiority of small incision retroperitoneal spermatic vein high ligation.Methods A little separation of spermatic vein membrane and 0.5 cm segment of blood vessel were performed, the spermatic vessels ligation needle with a suture was used to pass the space between arfery and around the vein to make vein double ligation,but the vein didn′t be cut off.Results The operations were successful, the operation time in every side was 14～20(17±3) min;the postoperative hospitalization time was 3～4(3.6±1) d.Conclusion The curative effect of modified small incision retroperitoneal spermatic vein high ligation is exact, the operation is simple with a little injury. With a small operation space, it can achieve the effect of traditional operation. |
