| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨硬膜外阻滞复合全麻在老年人中上腹部手术中的临床效果。方法 选择24例行中上腹部手术的患者随机分为两组，每组12例。对照组采用单纯全身麻醉；实验组采用硬膜外阻滞复合全身麻醉。分别观察两组患者各个时点的生命体征变化和麻醉用药量及其术后恢复清醒时间。结果 两组患者手术前组间血压和心率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；实验组患者各项生命体征总体为下降之后保持平稳，对照组患者各项生命体征总体为上升之后保持平稳；实验组患者各时点的血压和心率均低（慢）于对照组（P<0.05）；麻醉用药量显著少于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01)，术后恢复清醒时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 在老年人中上腹部手术中采用硬膜外阻滞复合全麻的方法，效果较好，值得临床应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing upper-middle abdominal surgery.Methods Twenty-four patients readied for upper-middle abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (using general anesthesia) and the experimental group (epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia), each were 12 cases, the life indexes,dosages of anesthesia and awake time were observed.Results Before surgery,there were no statistical significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups（P>0.05）.The life indexes in experimental group maintained at stable levels after its decrease,and those in the control group maintained at stable levels after its increase.Compared to the control group,the blood pressue and heart rate at every time points were lower （P<0.05）, dasages of anesthesia agents was less (P<0.05 or <0.01),postoperative awake time was shorter(P<0.01) in the experimental group.Conclusion The effect of epidural block anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing upper-middle abdominal surgery is very satisfactory. |
