硫酸镁静脉滴注治疗羊水过少的疗效观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨硫酸镁静脉滴注治疗羊水过少的临床效果。方法 选取B超检查提示羊水过少的晚期妊娠孕妇60例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组给予果糖、能量合剂、氨基酸液补液治疗7 d,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用硫酸镁静脉滴注治疗。通过复查B超检查比较两组治疗前后羊水指数、胎儿脐动脉血流S/D比值的变化。结果 治疗组治疗后羊水指数有明显增加,分别为(6.67±0.75)、(10.46±1.33),前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胎儿脐动脉血流S/D比值有所降低,分别为(2.97±0.29)、(2.44±0.39),(P<0.05)。治疗组较对照组有较好的治疗效果。结论 硫酸镁静脉滴注可有效提高晚期妊娠羊水过少的治疗效果,并能在一定程度上改善妊娠结局。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of intravenous drip of magnesium sulfate in the treatment of oligohydramnios.Methods Sixty late pregnant women who diagnosed as oligohydramnios by ultrasound were randomized into therapy group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients of control group were treated with fructopyranose, energy mixture and amino acid liquid for 7 days. Patients of therapy group were given intravenous drip of magnesium sulfate except above therapy. Amniotic fluid indexes and fetal umbilical blood flow S/D ratio were compared by ultrasound before and after treatment in two groups.Results Amniotic fluid indexes before and after treatment of therapy group was (6.67±0.75) and (10.46±1.33) respectively(P<0.01). Fetal umbilical blood flow S/D ratio was (2.97±0.29) and (2.44±0.39) before and after treatment (P<0.05). The therapentic effect of therapy group was better than control group.Conclusion Intravenous drip of magnesium sulfate could obviously improve the therapeutic effect and pregnancy outcome in a certain degree in late pregnant women with oligohydramnios.
