| ［摘要］ 目的 观察间苯三酚在产程活跃期延缓或停滞时的应用效果。方法 选择正常初产妇、宫口开大3 cm后出现活跃期延缓或停滞100例随机分为两组：观察组50例,给予间苯三酚80 mg静脉注射;对照组50例,给予地西泮10 mg静脉注射。观察两组产妇用药后的产程变化及围产结局。结果 观察组活跃期及第二产程时间明显短于对照组（P<0.01或<0.05）;观察组产妇无明显不适，对照组有10例诉头昏、乏力、倦意感，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组新生儿肌张力正常明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；两组胎心率变化、产后出血量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 间苯三酚治疗初产妇活跃期延缓或停滞效果显著,且分娩前后对孕产妇及胎儿无不良影响，值得推广应用。 |

| Effect of application phlorglucinol in active stage on labor course and conditions of mothers and infants |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of phloroglucinol on the delay or stagnstion of active stage of labor.Methods One hundred normal primipara,among them dilation of uterus cervix had reached 3 cm and the active stage of labor was in status of delay or stagnation,were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=50),were given intravenous injection of phloroglucinol 80 mg;The control group(n=50),10 mg diazepam.After treatment the birth process changes in pregnancy women and perinatal outcomes in both groups were observed.Results The time of active stage and the second stage of labor in observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01 or <0.05);Primipara had no obvious discomfort in observation group,10 cases had dizziness,fatigue,tired feeling in control group;The normal rate of neonatal muscle tension in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05) between two groups in fetal heart rate changes,and the amout of postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion The effects of phloroglucinol in the treatment of delay or stagnation of active phase of labor is remarkable, without adverse effects on pregnancy women and fetus before and after delivery,is worth popularizing. |
