| ［摘要］ 目的 观察两次扎止血带联合指压法对肢体严重水肿患者静脉显露充盈度及静脉留置针一次穿刺成功率的影响。方法 对222例肢体严重水肿需要接受静脉用药的患者，采用自身对照法,按单双日分组采用两种方法进行静脉留置针穿刺。对照组（双日）采用常规方法；实验组(单日)采用两次扎止血带联合指压法。结果 实验组静脉显露充盈程度及静脉留置针一次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 两次扎止血带联合指压法可改善严重水肿患者肢体静脉显露充盈度,从而提高静脉留置针一次穿刺的成功率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of twice tying tourniquet combined with acupressure method on vein revealed filling degree and one-time puncture success rate of venous indwelling needle in patients with limb edema.Methods Two hundred and twenty-two patients with limb edema who need to receive intravenous medication, were studied by self contrast method, using two methods of venous indwelling needle according to the single or double day. The control group (double day) received conventional method; the experimental group (single day) received twice tying tourniquet combined with acupressure method.Results In the experimental group the vein revealed filling degree and one-time puncture success rate of venous indwelling needle were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Twice tying tourniquet combined with acupressure method can be improve the vein revealed filling degree and one-time puncture success rate of venous indwelling needle in patients with severe limb edema. |
