| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨显微手术切除丘脑底节区脑动静脉畸形(AVM)的疗效及手术指征。方法 回顾性分析4例经显微手术切除丘脑底节区AVM患者的临床资料。术前均有颅内出血，按照Spetzler—Martin分级为Ⅲ级。术前全部行脑血管造影检查，其中2例行术前畸形血管团部分栓塞。结果 无手术死亡病例，神经功能缺损均无加重，复查脑血管造影畸形血管团完全消失。结论 选择合适病例显微外科切除丘脑底节区AVM临床疗效较好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate indications and efficacy of the microsurgical resection for cerebral arteriovenous malformation(AVM) in the subthalamic section area.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of the four patients with AVM in the subthalamic section area treated by microsurgical resection was performed. All cases had preoperative intracranial hemorrhage, Spetzler-Martin grade Ⅲ. All cases underwent preoperative cerebral angiography and 2 cases received partial embolization.Results There was no operative deaths, neurological deficit had no aggravated. Following cerebral angiography vascular showed malformation mass completely disappeared.Conclusion Microsurgical resection for appropriate cases with the subthalamic section area AVM can achieved better clinical outcome. |
