白介素-17和白介素-23在先兆流产和稽留流产患者血清中的表达

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨血清中白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和白细胞介素-23(IL-23)与先兆流产和稽留流产发病的关系。方法 收集25名正常早孕妇女(NP组),27例先兆流产患者(TA组)和28例稽留流产患者(MA组)的血清,采用酶联免疫吸附试验双抗体夹心(ELISA)法检测外周血血清中IL-17、IL-23的表达水平。结果 三组血清中IL-17表达比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而IL-23表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MA组血清IL-17和IL-23的表达均显著高于NP组(P=0.001,P=0.044);MA组与TA组血清IL-17和IL-23表达比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NP组与TA组表达差异也无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血清IL-17与IL-23在三组中表达均无相关关系。结论 先兆流产和稽留流产的发病机制可能与IL-17、IL-23高表达有关。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of serum Interleukin-17(IL-17) and Interleukin-23(IL-23) in threatened abortion and missed abortion patients.Methods The expressions of serum IL-17 and IL-23 were determined using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 25 women with normal pregnancy(NP group), 27 threatened abortion patients(TA group) and missed abortion patients(MA group).Results There were statistically significant difference in expression of serum IL-17(P<0.01) and no statistically significant difference in expression of serum IL-23(P>0.05) among three groups. Patients in MA group had significantly increased expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 compared with patients in NP group(P=0.001, P=0.044 respectively). There were no statistically significant difference in the expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 between MA group and TA group(P>0.05). There was no significantly statistical difference in the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 between NP group and TA group(P>0.05). There showed no significantly linear correlations in the expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 among the three groups.Conclusion IL-17 and IL-23 might play a role in the pathogenesis of threatened abortion and missed abortion.
