| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨黄芪及参麦注射液联合应用治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法 选取该院收治的病毒性心肌炎患者48例，随机分为治疗组和对照组各24例。对照组只接受基础治疗，治疗组在基础治疗的基础上采用黄芪及参麦注射液治疗。疗程均为20 d，治疗结束后，检测患者心肌酶、TNF-α和IL-2，比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组治愈14例（58.3%），显效8例(33.3%)，无效2例(8.4%)；对照组治愈9例(37.5%)，显效7例(29.2%)，无效8例(33.3%)。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。两组血清中TNF-α，IL-2含量均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01)，而治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后CPK、AST、LDH、CK-MB治疗组优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 黄芪及参麦注射液联合应用可有效治疗病毒性心肌炎。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects of astragalus injection combined with Shenmai injection in the treatment of viral myocarditis.Methods Forty-eight patients, including 28 male, 20 women, with an average age of （21.98±8.26）years old, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group only received basic treatment, beside the basic treatment the treatment group was treated with astragalus injection and shenmai injection. After treatment, the myocardial enzyme, TNF alpha and IL 2 were detected, and the cure rate was recorded.Results In the control group, 9 patients were cured (37.5%), marked effect was found in 7 patients(29.2%), no effect in 8(33.3%). The treatment group patients, 14 patients were cured(58. 3%),marked effect in 8 patients(33.3%), no effect in 2 patients(8.4%) the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P<0.01）; After treatment serum TNF alpha, IL-2 content in two groups reduced than before treatment(P<0.01),but the decrease degree of the treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01); After treatment, CPK,AST,LDH and CK-MB in the treatment group had a great decrease than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with shenmai injection can be effective in the treatment of viral myocarditis. |
