| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨适合于居住在农村的脑瘫患儿的实用家庭康复模式。方法 以国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)理论框架为基础，通过家长集中培训、专业技术人员入户指导和电话回访三种形式，指导家长在家庭对50例农村脑瘫患儿进行为期1年的家庭康复。结果 50例患儿的运动能力有明显改善，生活自理能力与社会适应能力也得到了提高，康复总有效率达88%。结论 以ICF理论框架为基础的农村脑瘫患儿家庭康复模式，能让家长日常工作与患儿康复训练两不误，家长依从性高，患儿的康复训练能得到长期坚持，并取得了良好的效果，值得推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the practical family rehabilitation model suitable for rural children with cerebral palsy.Methods Based on the theoretical framework of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health(ICF), parents were guided to conduct one-year family rehabilitation for 50 rural children with cerebral palsy at home through concentrated training for parents, guidance by professional and technical personnel entering their homes as well as telephone interview.Results The sports ability self-care ability of daily living and social adaptability of the 50 children with cerebral palsy were improved with a total rehabilitation efficiency rate of 88%.Conclusion The ICF-based family rehabilitation model for rural children with cerebral palsy allows parents to do their daily work with children rehabilitation training, parents′ compliance is high and the rehabilitation of children can get long-term adherence with good results, thus it is worthy of promotion. |
