| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切钉合术（PPH）的手术处理与并发症预防。方法 对该院2010-10～2012-10实施PPH手术136例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 全组有效率为93.4%，手术并发症发生率为14.7%，主要为术后出血、感染、吻合口狭窄、肛门疼痛和肛门口感觉异常。结论 PPH是治疗重度痔、直肠内脱垂的首选方法，规范的手术操作及围手术期处理是减少手术并发症的主要措施。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the indications and the prevention of complications of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) with stapler.Methods The clinical data of 136 patients received PPH with stapler in Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital from October 2010 to October 2012 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The effective rate was 93.4% in 136 patients. While the complication incidence was 14.7%, mainly including postoperative bleeding,infection,anastomotic stenosis, anal pain and anal paresthesia.Conclusion PPH with stapler is the preferred treatment method for the patients with severe hemorrhoids or rectum prolapse.Subtle operative manipulation,perfect perioperative management is the key to prevent the complications of PPH surgery. |
