| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨经皮椎体成形术（PVP）治疗椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折、血管瘤、溶骨性转移瘤的临床效果。方法 在C臂X线机透视下，经单侧或双侧椎弓根入路PVP治疗46例75个椎体。结果 术后1～3 d患者疼痛消失或明显缓解。随访6～15个月，疗效评价根据WHO标准：疼痛完全消失26例，疼痛明显减轻17例，无严重并发症发生。结论 经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折、血管瘤和溶骨性转移瘤是一种安全、微创、有效的方法。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To discuss the clinical effects of the percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP）in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures，hemangioma or osteslytic metastases.Methods PVP was performed in 46 patients with 75 diseased vertebrae via unilateral or bilateral transpedicular approach under C-am fluoroscopic guidance.Results All the patients felt pain disappeared or significantly relieved 1～3 days after operation,and were followed up for 6～15 months.According to WHO criteria，pain disappeared in 26 patients，pain significantly relieved in 17 patients.There was no severe complication.Conclusion PVP is a safe，minimally invasive and effective method in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures，hemangioma or metastatic malignancy. |
