| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）感染与慢性荨麻疹(CU)发病的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附（ELISA）法检测100例CU患者和100名健康对照者的HPV-IgG感染情况。结果 100例CU患者中28% HPV-IgG抗体阳性；100名健康对照者12% HPV-IgG抗体阳性，两者相比差异具有统计学意义（χ2=8.000，P=0.005）。结论 CU与HPV感染存在相关性，HPV感染可能是CU的发病原因之一。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the relationship between HPV infection and chronic urticaria(CU).Methods HPV-IgG was detected by ELISA assay in 100 patients with CU and 100 healthy controls.Results The positive rate of HPV-IgG was 28% in CU group and 12% in healthy control group, showing significant difference between two groups(χ2=8.000，P=0.005).Conclusion There is a correlation between chronic urticaria and HPV infection, HPV infection may be one of the pathogenesis of CU. |
