[摘要] 研究表明,红藻氨酸受体(KARs)在神经退行性变疾病中起着重要作用。兴奋性神经递质的过度活化KARs可引起该受体的过度表达,从而使神经细胞死亡。研究KARs的作用机制,可为临床治疗神经退行性变疾病提供治疗的靶点。 |

[Abstract] Studies have shown that the kainate receptors(KARs) plays a very important role in neurodegenerative diseases.The excitatory neurotransmitters can cause up-regulation of KARs expression and neuronal cell death through excessive activation of KARs.Studying the mechanism of action of KARs can provide treatment target for neurodegenerative diseases. |
