| ［摘要］ 目的 观察老年患者临床麻醉效果和不良反应情况。方法 选取该院2011-03～2013-05收治的119例老年患者，按照麻醉方式的不同将患者分为椎管内麻醉组（85例）和全身麻醉组（34例），观察两组麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 85例接受椎管内麻醉患者中，不良反应发生率为4.71%；34例接受全身麻醉患者中，不良反应发生率为29.41%。椎管内麻醉组不良反应发生率明显低于全身麻醉组（P<0.05）。所有出现不良反应的患者经采取相应措施后，不良反应均消失。结论 对老年患者术前进行正确评估之后采取适宜的麻醉方法以及麻醉药物，配合有效的术前安抚以及术后访视工作，可降低老年患者麻醉后不良反应发生率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effects and odverse reations of clinical anesthesia in the elderly patients.Methods One hundred and nineteen elderly patients were studied who were treated in the hospital of the Nandan County from March 2011 to May 2013. According to the anesthesia methods, the patients were divided into the intravertebral anesthesia group with 85 cases and the general anesthesia group with 34 cases. Anesthesia effects and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions of intravertebral anesthesia group was 4.70%. The incidence rate of adverse reactions of general anesthesia group was 29.41%. The adverse reactions of the intravertebral anesthesia groups was lower than that of the general aresthesin group（P<0.05）.Conclusion After the correct assessment of the elderly patients, appropriate anesthesia methods and anaesthetics should be used. In the meantime, effective preoperative conciliation and postoperative visits should can to reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction of the elderly patients. |
