| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨普拉克索治疗帕金森病(parkinson′s disease,PD)晚期病人的疗效。方法 将32例已经使用复方左旋多巴制剂治疗2～6年以上的Hoehn-Yahr Ⅳ～Ⅴ级的PD患者作为研究对象，加用普拉克索治疗12周后对疗效进行评估。运动症状：治疗前后采用PD评定量表(UPDRS)进行评估。非运动症状：主要观察焦虑、抑郁、睡眠障碍症状的变化，并记录患者的不良反应。结果 治疗后患者UPDRS评分明显下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者在治疗过程中未发生严重不良反应。结论 晚期PD患者在应用复方左旋多巴治疗的基础上添加普拉克索治疗可以减少左旋多巴用量，有效缓解运动及非运动症状，明显提高生活质量。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the efficacy of pramipexole in the treatment of advanced Parkinson′s disease（PD）.Methods Thirty-two PD patients with Hoehn-Yahr Ⅳ～Ⅴ has been treated with levodopa more than 2～6 years as the research object. Pramipexole was added, and evaluated the curative effect after 12 weeks. Motor symptoms: PD rating scale(UPDRS) was used to evaluate treatment effect;Non-motor symptoms: the changes were observed of the anxiety, depression, sleep disorder symptoms, and adverse reactions of patients were recorded.Results The UPDRS scores of PD patients significantly decreased after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.01）.All the patients has not suffered from serious adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Conclusion For advanced PD patients adding pramipexole treatment on the basis of levodopa can effectively alleviate the motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms, obviously improve the quality of life at the same time. |
