| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨结肠途径治疗机在肠道准备中的应用效果。方法 使用结肠途径治疗机在329例患者肠镜检查前进行肠道准备,以肠道清洁程度、肠道清洁范围为主要疗效评价指标，并记录严重不良事件。结果 329例患者均未发生肠穿孔、出血等严重并发症，操作过程痛苦少，依从性好，肠道清洁程度及全结肠清洁率高。结论 用结肠途径治疗机行肠道准备是一种安全、高效、快捷、患者耐受性好的清肠方法,值得临床广泛使用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the appalication effect of colon therapy machine in bowel preparation.Methods Colon therapy machine was used for bowel preparation of 329 patients before enteroscopy. The main indexes for evaluation were the extent and range of intestinal tract clearing. Serious adverse events were recorded.Results All the 329 patients didn′t have the serious complications such as intestinal perforation or bleeding. There was less pain during the operation and good compliance, high degree of bowel clearing and colon clearing were achieved.Conclusion Using colon therapy machines for bowel preparation is a safe, efficient and fast way of bowel clearing with good patient tolerance and it is worthy of widespread. |
