冠心病患者血清同型半胱氨酸 胱抑素C N-末端脑利钠肽前体水平变化及临床意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨冠心病(CHD)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、胱抑素C(CysC)、N-末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平变化及临床意义。方法 应用日立7100全自动生化分析仪及FIA8000免疫分析仪,分别检测52例冠心病患者和52名健康体检者血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP的含量,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果 冠心病患者血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP含量均显著高于健康体检者,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);心肌梗死组与无心肌梗死组HCY、NT-proBNP水平两者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),CysC含量两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 联合检测血清中HCY、CysC及NT-proBNP水平,对临床诊断与治疗冠心病具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine(HCY),cystatin C(CysC) and N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance.Methods Hitachi 7100 automatic biochemical analyzer and FIA8000 immunoassay analyzer were used to detect serum levels of HCY, CysC and NT-proBNP in 52 cases of coronary heart disease patients and 52 cases of healthy volunteers, and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Content of serum HCY and CysC and NT-proBNP in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than those in healthy individuals(all P<0.01). Between myocardial infarction group and no myocardial infarction group there were a statistically significant difference in level of Hcy and NT-proBNP(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but there was no statistical significance in level of CysC(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of serum HCY, CysC and NT-proBNP levels, has a ceitain guiding significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.
