| ［Abstract］ Flow cytometry（FCM) is the most convenient, rapid, accurate and high specificity in all metheod for monitoring the minimal residual disease（MRD）in leukemia in clinical work. In this paper, the application of FCM in the monitor MRD in leukemia after treatment was briefly reviewed. |
