| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨护理干预措施对角膜屈光手术后患者遵医行为状况的影响。方法 将536例屈光手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各268例，对照组只进行术后常规健康指导，观察组在常规健康指导的基础上于术后1 d、1周、1个月、3个月、6个月、1年对患者进行护理干预随访，1年随访结束时调查遵医行为状况和术后视觉满意度。结果 实行护理干预后两组患者的术后护理知识、用药常识的掌握程度、回院复诊率和术后视觉满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对角膜屈光手术后患者采取积极有效的护理干预措施能提高患者遵医行为，减少并发症的发生和提高视觉满意度。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the compliant behaviors of patients after corneal refractive surgery.Methods 536 patients who were performed refractive surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 268 cases in each group. The patients of the control group only got routine postoperative health-guidance while the patients of the observation group got the same health guidance and were followed up 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after the operation. The compliant behaviors and the degree of visual satisfaction were compared between the two groups by one year′s follow-up. Results There were significant differences in mastering postoperative nursing knowledge, self-medication, hospital readmission rate and the degree of visual satisfaction between the two groups after 1 year′s follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Active nursing intervention is an effective method to improve the patients′ obedience to doctors and the subjective visual satisfaction and reduce the complications after corneal refractive surgery. |
