| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨壮医莲花针背廊拔罐法治疗变应性鼻炎（AR）的有效性及对特异性IgE(S-IgE)表达的影响。方法 从广西中医药大学附属医院耳鼻喉门诊及壮医门诊招募符合方案的AR患者60例，随机分为A、B两组，每组30例，分别用壮医莲花背廊拔罐和丙酸氟替卡松喷雾剂(喷鼻,1次/d)治疗；疗程均为10 d，停药1周后继续第2个疗程治疗，2个疗程后观察两组的疗效及对S-IgE的影响。结果 A组的疗效优于B组（P<0.05）。治疗后A、B组的S-IgE均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究过程中并未发现不良反应事件。结论 壮医莲花针背廊拔罐法治疗AR疗效确切，其机制为抑制S-IgE的表达。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the effectiveness of using Zhuangyi-Lianhuazhen-Beilangbaguan for treating allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods Sixty patients with AR in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups(Lianhuazhen group and Fluticasone group). The Lianhuazhen group had a acupuncture using Lianhuazhen and Fluticasone group used Fluticasone nasal spray with a course of treatment of 10 days, and two courses in together. Another course of treatment was resumed after drug withdrawl for one week. The efficacy and S-IgE were compared between the two groups.Results The efficacy of Lianhuazhen group was more notable than that of Fluticasone group. After the treatment, the expression levels of S-IgE in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the two groups before the treatment (P<0.05) and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05); No adverse reaction was found in the patients of the two groups.Conclusion The therapy of Zhuangyi-Lianhuazhen-Beilangbaguan is effective and the therapeutic mechanism of inhibiting S-IgE expression may be involved in. |
