| ［摘要］ 目的 总结CT诊断炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤(IMT)的特征。方法 回顾性分析该院经穿刺活检和手术病理证实的19例IMT的CT表现。19例中肿瘤发生在肺部6例，腹腔5例，肝脏4例，颈部软组织、胃、气管和中颅窝各1例。结果 CT平扫示14例病灶呈不均匀低密度，4例病灶呈等密度，1例为高密度。病灶形态为圆形、类圆形和不规则团块状17例，囊实性包块2例且均发生于腹腔；1例肺、1例胃IMT中，瘤内可见钙化。增强扫描动脉期示15例病灶为轻度至中度强化或不强化，14例病灶在门脉期和延迟期继续强化。1例肝脏IMT表现为“花环状”强化。结论 认识IMT的ＣＴ表现特点，结合临床资料有助于对该病的诊断。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the CT features of inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor(IMT).Methods The CT imagings and clinical data of 19 patients with IMT confirmed by pathological examination were analyzed retrospectively. Of all the patients with IMT, there were 6 tumors in lungs, 5 in enterocoelia, 4 in liver, 1 in neck soft tissue, stomach, trachea and middle fossa.Results The CT findings indicated that 14 lesions in heterogeneous low-density on CT plain scanning, 4 lesions in high-density and 1 lesion in isodensity, 17 lesions in round shape or irregularity bolus, 2 lesions in cyst-solidary mass in enterocoelia. Calcification was found in the lung of 1 case and in the stomach of 1 case. Enhanced scanning showed mild to moderate enhancement in 15 cases in the arterial phase, persistent enhancement in the portal venous phase or in the delayed phase, ring-like enhancement in 1 case in the liver.Conclusion CT features combined with the clinical data are helpful to diagnose IMT. |
