| ［摘要］ 人工流产后关爱服务是流产后服务的综合措施，主要是利用现代避孕相关技术对人工流产后女性及家属实施健康宣教，使其掌握有效的避孕方法，避免意外妊娠，降低重复流产率。国内已有部分医院开展门诊人工流产后关爱服务，受多种因素影响，关爱服务的质量并不乐观。PDCA循环理论是质量管理的有效工具，研究其在人工流产后关爱服务质量监控中的作用有重要意义。该文对人工流产后关爱服务的研究现状作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Care service is a comprehensive measure for post-abortion care, which uses modern contraception to educate abortion women and their families, and makes them master effective contraceptive knowledge to avoid accidental pregnancy and reduces repeating abortion rate. In China, some hospitals provide post-abortion care for the outpatients. Due to the influence of many factors, so far the quality of post-abortion care is not satisfactory and thus plays a key role in the quality control of the post-abortion care services. We summarise the current research of post-abortion care services in this paper. |
