[摘要] 目的 探讨实时荧光定量PCR技术检测肺炎衣原体的诊断价值。方法 对呼吸道感染的186例患者的痰液分别采用实时荧光定量PCR技术和基因测序检测,以评价实时荧光定量PCR技术检测肺炎衣原体感染的准确性。结果 实时荧光定量PCR检测肺炎衣原体的灵敏度为100.0%,特异度为93.1%,阳性预期值为80.8%,阴性预期值为100.0%,准确率为94.6%。结论 实时荧光定量PCR技术检测肺炎衣原体具有较高的可靠性,适用于临床快速诊断肺炎衣原体感染的相关疾病。 |

[Abstract] Objective To study the diagnostic value of real-time quantitative PCR detection in chlamydiales pneumoniae.Methods Sputum samples from 186 patients with respiratory infection were detected using real-time quantitative PCR and gene sequencing respectively to evaluate the accuracy of real-time quantitative PCR for detecting chlamydiales pneumoniae.Results Taking gene sequencing as a gold standard, the sensitivity of real-time quantitative PCR was 100.0%; the specificity was 93.1%; the positive predictive value was 80.8%; the negative predictive value was 100.0%, and the accuracy was 94.6%.Conclusion Real-time quantitative PCR has high reliability and is suitable for rapid diagnosis of related diseases infected by chlamydiales pneumoniae. |
