| ［Abstract］ Azithromycin is one of the macrolide antibiotics with unique pharmacokinetic characteristics. It is effective and widely used in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. In this paper, we review azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia and its mechanism, conventional therapy, sequential therapy and combination therapy. |
