急性心肌梗死患者IL-22动态变化及意义

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者外周血白细胞介素-22(IL-22)及白细胞介素-22 mRNA(IL-22mRNA)水平在AMI后心室重塑过程中的动态变化,初步探讨IL-22在心室重塑中的作用。方法 选取2015-01~2015-12在该院住院诊断为急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死并经冠脉造影证实的患者60例作为研究组,经冠脉造影排除冠心病的住院患者30例作为对照组。通过超声心动图检查比较不同时期左心室功能;酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定患者冠状动脉造影术后2 h、2周、4周血浆中IL-22的水平;实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测外周血单个核细胞(peripheral blood mononuclear cell,PBMC)中IL-22mRNA表达水平。结果 与同时点对照组相比,研究组左心室功能出现不同程度下降及心室重塑;血清IL-22水平及IL-22mRNA表达水平随时间变化呈现上升趋势,且均高于同时点对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IL-22在AMI患者外周血中呈现动态变化,可能参与AMI后的心室重塑过程。

The dynamic changes of IL-22 and its clinical significance in patients with AMI

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the dynamic changes of IL-22 in the process of ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction(AMI) and to explore the effect of IL-22 on ventricular remodeling.Methods Sixty AMI patients diagnosed by coronary angiography were collected as the experimental group, and other 30 patients without coronary heart disease were taken as the control group. At the time points of 2 hours, 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the left ventricular function was detected with color doppler echocardiography and the serum concentration of IL-22 was determined with ELISA, and IL-22mRNA was determined with RT-PCR.Results The left venticular function and left ventricular remodeling declined in AMI patients. The serum concentration and mRNA expression of IL-22 increased with time prolonging and were significantly higher in the experimental group than those in the control group at different time points.Conclusion The dynamic changes of IL-22 level and mRNA expression exist in patients with AMI. IL-22 may play a role in ventricular remodeling after AMI.
