| ［摘要］ 慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)是CP中最常见的类型，其病因复杂，随着研究的深入，学者们发现精神心理因素与CP/CPPS关系紧密，精神心理因素影响着CP/CPPS的发生、发展和治疗。该文就CP/CPPS患者精神心理障碍的表现及其与CP/CPPS两者关系及心理治疗作一回顾性综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Chronic prostatitis or chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS) is the most common type of chronic prostatitis and their etiologies remain unclear. As the researches move along, scholars find that psychological factors are closely related to CP/CPPS. Psychological factors can influence CP/CPPS on the occurrence, development and treatment. This review focuses on the manifestations and the mechanism of psychological disorder in CP/CPPS patients as well as on the psychological treatment. |
