| ［摘要］ 该文对近年颈性眩晕的发病机制进行分析，从颈椎本体感受器紊乱、椎动脉自身因素、钩椎关节增生、横突孔狭窄、寰枢关节错位、颈椎软组织损伤、交感神经刺激、颈椎失稳、体液因素等方面进行综述，为颈性眩晕发病机制的进一步研究提供基础。 |

| ［Abstract］ We review the mechanism of cervical vertigo in this paper, including cervical proprioception disturbance, vertebral artery factors, hook vertebral joint hyperplasia, transverse foramen stenosis, atlas pivot joint disorders, cervical soft tissue injury, sympathetic nerve stimulation, vertebra disorder and humoral factors, which provides a guidance for the further study on the mechanism of cervical vertigo. |
