| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨CT引导下经皮胃造瘘术的可靠性和安全性。方法 回顾性分析2010-05～2014-01在该院实施CT引导下胃造瘘术的10例患者的临床资料，分析适应证、操作过程、技术成功率以及并发症。结果 10例患者皆成功实施胃造瘘术，成功率为100%，无严重并发症发生。结论 CT引导下经皮胃造瘘术是一种安全、有效的微创治疗方式。 |

［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the reliability and safety of CT guided percutaneous gastrostomy.Methods Ten patients were performed percutaneous gastrostomy in our hospital from May 2010 to January 2014. Their clinical data including the operation, the successful rate of the operation and the complications were analyzed.〖WTHZ〗Results
〖WTBZ〗All the patients were performed CT guided gastrostomy successfully without severe complications.Conclusion CT guided percutaneous gastrostomy is a safe, reliable and minimally-invasive surgical technique. |
