| ［摘要］ 骨科手术后深静脉血栓的发生率日益升高，特别是髋、膝关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）时有发生，给患者带来极大的痛苦及较大的经济负担。因此，近年来逐渐引起了骨科医生的高度重视，而药物一直作为预防DVT的主要措施。该文旨在综合近几年来的最新研究，对髋、膝关节置换术后DVT的药物预防进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ With the society developing,the incidence of deep vein thrombosis(DVT) is increasing day by day. Specifically after total hip replacement(THR）and total knee arthroplasty(TKA）, DVT occasionally happens, which has brought huge suffering and financial burden on patients. As a result, the orthopedics doctors have paid more attention to this phenomenon, and medication is the main measure to prevent DVT. The research progress of medication on preventing DVT after THR and TKA is reviewed in this paper. |
