| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨青少年唇腭裂患者心理健康状况及影响因素。方法 选取70例青少年唇腭裂患者作为研究组，随机选取50名正常青少年作为对照组，采用自行设计的问卷对患者的心理状况进行调查，采用多因素logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果 研究组SCL-90测评中人际关系因子、抑郁因子、焦虑因子、阳性项目及总分得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；研究组有32例（45.7%）患有焦虑症，对照组有2例患有焦虑症（4.0%），研究组焦虑症发生率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，男性（OR=0.117）、居住在城市者（OR=0.187）患焦虑症的风险较低，唇裂合并腭裂者（OR=4.813）患焦虑症的风险较高。结论 青少年唇腭裂患者心理健康状况较差，应加强对其心理行为干预。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the mental health and influence factors in adolescent patients with cleft lip and palate(CLP).Methods A case control study was carried out in 70 adolescent patients with CLP and 50 controls, in which a self-design questionnaire was used to investigate the mental health status and the influence factors. The data were analyzed by multiple logistic regression analysis.Results The patients with CLP had significantly higher scores of Symptom Checklist 90 than those in the control group in interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, number of positive items and aggregate sore(P<0.05). The incidence of anxiety disorders in patients with CLP(45.7%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(4.0%)(P<0.05). Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that males（OR=0.117）, and city dwellers（OR=0.187） had lower risks to get anxiety disorders, and the patients with cleft lip and palate（OR=4.813） had a higher risk to get anxiety disorders than those with single cleft lip or palate.Conclusion The patients with CLP have poor mental health. It is necessary to strengthen the psychological and behavioral intervention for them. |
