| ［摘要］ 目的 总结应用组织结构分离技术修复腹壁大及巨大中线切口疝的临床经验。方法 回顾性分析该院2010-11～2015-06应用组织结构分离技术修复腹壁大及巨大中线切口疝23例的临床资料。结果 术后3例局部皮下出现血清肿，均经穿刺抽液治愈。全部病例均痊愈出院，无严重并发症，无手术死亡。随访36～48个月，1例（4.3%）于术后6个月切口疝复发。结论 组织结构分离技术安全、有效、经济，是腹壁大及巨大中线切口疝可供选择的腹壁重建方式。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the effect of components separation technique on large midline incisional hernias.Methods The data of 23 patients who received components separation technique for ventral hernia repair were retrospectively reviewed.Results All patients were cured and discharged without serious complications except that postoperative seroma occurred in 3 patients who were cured by paracentesis. After a mean follow-up of 42 months(range from 36 to 48 months),a recurrent hernia was found in 1 of the 23 patients(4.3%).Conclusion The components separation technique is a safe,effective and economic treatment option for the reconstruction of large and giant midline incisional hernias. |
