| ［摘要］ 目的 观察热毒宁注射液佐治毛细支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法 将毛细支气管炎患儿110例随机分成治疗组和对照组各55例。两组均给予常规治疗，治疗组加用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注5～7 d。观察两组患儿症状和体征改善时间、住院时间、出现不良反应情况。结果 治疗组显效41例，有效9例，无效5例；对照组显效28例，有效13例，无效14例。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05),症状和体征改善时间及住院天数较对照组明显缩短（P<0.01）,未见不良反应。结论 热毒宁注射液能显著改善毛细支气管炎临床症状，疗效确切。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection in the children with bronchiolitis.Methods One hundred and ten children with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 55 cases in each group. Both of the two groups were given the conventional treatment for bronchiolitis. Besides, the treatment group was treated with Reduning injection intravenous drip for 5～7 days. The symptoms and clinical signs, hospitalization time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The efficiency of the treatment group was markedly effective in 41 cases, effective in 9 cases and invalid in 5 cases. The efficiency of the control group were markedly effective in 28 cases, effective in 13 cases and invalid in 14 cases. The total efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05), with faster improvement of the symptoms and clinical signs, shorter hospital stay and less adverse reactions in the treatment group(P<0.01).Conclusion Reduning Injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of bronchiolitis in children. |
