[摘要] 目的 探讨HER-2表达水平与乳腺癌超声造影(CEUS)及声脉冲辐射力成像(ARFI)表现的关联性。方法 108例乳腺癌患者术前进行CEUS及ARFI检查,术后对其肿块进行HER-2表达水平的测定,分析HER-2表达水平与乳腺癌CEUS以及ARFI的关系。结果 (1)不同HER-2表达水平组超声造影的造影剂分布、穿支血流、超范围、灌注缺损以及TIC曲线的峰值时间、上升支斜率、曲线下面积的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)不同HER-2表达水平组的VTQ表现上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)CEUS的增强强度、峰值强度及ARFI的VTI技术与HER-2表达水平的比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 乳腺癌CEUS及ARFI表现与HER-2表达水平之间存在一定的关联性,主要反映在灌注缺损、穿支血流、VTQ等。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the corrlations between the expression of HER-2 and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and Acoustic radiation force impulse in breast cancers.Methods A total of 108 patients with breast cancer were investigated. The HER-2 expression of the tumor was detected by immunohistochemistry after operation. The relationships between the expression of HER-2 and CEUS and ARFI were analyzed using enhancement features and time intensity curves(TIC) of CEUS, virtual tough imaging(VTI) and virtual tough quantification(VTQ) technology of ARFI, respectively.Results (1)The differences of CEUS′s contrast media distribution, perforating branch blood flow, over range and perfusion defects between different levels of HER-2 expression were statistically significant(P<0.05). The differences of TIC curve′s peak time(PT), rising slope(K) and area under curve(AUC) between different levels of HER-2 expression were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The differences of VTQ performance between different levels of HER-2 expression were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The differences in comparision of VTI image characteristics, enhancement levels of contrast media and Peak intensity(PI) among different levels of HER-2 expression had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion CEUS and ARFI are related to the expression of HER-2 in breast cancer in some extent which is mainly shown in perfusion defects, perforating branch blood flow, peak time, rising slope and VTQ. |
