| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨P16与P53在子宫浆液性腺癌与宫内膜样腺癌鉴别诊断中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学检测P16和P53在子宫浆液性腺癌和宫内膜样腺癌中的表达。结果 P16灶性、片状（弱-中等强度）表达：6例于宫内膜样腺癌癌细胞胞核和胞浆，而在18例子宫浆液性腺癌中弥漫强表达表达，2例呈中等强度阳性，两者表达差异有统计学意义（χ2=26.61，P<0.01）。P53局灶状（弱～中等强度）表达：7例在宫内膜样腺癌的癌细胞胞核，在18例子宫浆液性腺癌中弥漫强表达，两者表达差异有统计学意义（χ2=21.94，P<0.01）。P16与P53呈强正相关（rs=0.687，P=0.001）。结论 P16与P53在子宫浆液性癌中的表达强于子宫宫内膜样腺癌，差异有统计学意义，P16与P53在两者的鉴别诊断中有重要价值，P16与P53在子宫浆液性腺癌中呈强的正相关，在其发生过程中起到了重要作用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the vaue of P16 and P53 proteins in the differential diagnosis between endometrial serous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma.Methods The expressions of P16 and P53 were evaluated by immunohistochemistry method in endometrial serous carcinoma and endometrioid carcinoma.Results The expression of P16 in six cases with endometrial glandular cancer was focally or flakily positive in the cancer cells′ nucleus and cytoplasmes, and its positive rate was from weak to medium intensity. The expression of P16 in eighteen cases with uterine serous carcinoma was diffuse and strong, and it was moderately positive in two cases. There was significant difference in the expression of P16 between the two different cancers(χ2=26.61，P<0.01). The expression of P53 in seven cases with endometrial glandular cancer was focally and flakily positive(from weak to medium intensity) in the cancer cell nucleus, and the expression in eighteen cases with uterine serous carcinoma was diffuse and strong. There was significant difference in the expression of P16 between the two different cancers(χ2=21.94，P<0.01). The positive rates of P16 and P53 were strongly correlated(rs=0.687, P=0.001).Conclusion The expressions of P16 and P53 in uterine serous carcinoma are stronger than those in endometrial carcinoma, which plays an important role in the differential diagnosis between the two different cancers. The positive rate of P16 strongly correlated with P53 in uterine serous carcinoma, which plays an important role in its development. |
