东兴市儿童血铅水平调查及相关因素分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 了解东兴市1~7岁儿童血铅水平及影响因素。方法 选择2013-01~2015-12在东兴市妇幼保健院就诊且在东兴市居住超过1年的1~7岁儿童为研究对象,采用分层整群随机抽样法进行选样,以问卷调查方式对个人情况、家庭生活环境、有无临床症状及末梢血行血铅测定等4项指标进行调查。结果 入选的1 015例儿童中,血铅均值为(81.16±19.47)μg/L,≥100 μg/L者59例(占5.81%)。血铅水平分布以工业区儿童血铅最高,其次为东兴市中心城区、城郊区,最低为农村。经多元回归分析和逐步回归分析表明,居住在电视机厂、加油站、汽车修理厂附近及新建住房等环境是影响儿童血铅水平的危险因素。结论 东兴市1~7岁儿童血铅水平低于全国平均水平,但血铅水平在正常中高值时儿童即已出现较多类似铅中毒临床症状,应早期予积极驱铅治疗。

Investigation of the children′s blood lead levels and the related factors in Dongxing city

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the blood lead levels and its influencing factors in 1 to 7-year-old children in Dongxing city.Methods One to seven-year-old children were selected as the study subjects by using stratified cluster sampling method. The enrolled children received the treatment in Dongxing maternal and child health hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 and lived in Dongxing city for more than 1 year. The data of their personal circumstances, family environment and presence of clinical symptoms were collected by questionnaire survey, and the levels of blood lead in peripheral blood were detected.Results In all the 1 015 children enrolled, the mean levels of blood lead were (81.16±19.47)μg/L, in whom the lead levels of 59 cases(5.81%) were more than 100 μg/L. The highest blood lead level was in the industrial zones, followed by those in the downtown and suburban areas. The lowest level is in the rural areas. Multiple regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis showed that TV factory, gas station, garage and new housing were the environmental risk factors of high blood lead.Conclusion The blood lead level of the 1 to 7-year-old children living in Dongxing city is less than that of the national average, however, if their blood lead levels are on normal high level, the children will have more symptoms like those of lead poisoning. It is necessary to perform lead-eliminating treatment for the childred in early stage.
