| ［摘要］ 目的 观察玻璃酸钠配合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法 对该院门诊及住院收治的240例膝关节骨性关节炎患者，随机分为A、B、C三组各80例，A组给予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗；B组给予膝关节腔注入玻璃酸钠治疗；C组给予膝关节腔注入玻璃酸钠并配合针灸推拿治疗。按疗程治疗后，通过6个月～2年的随访，对患者的膝关节屈伸活动度、跛行、支撑、不稳定、疼痛、肿胀、爬楼梯、下蹲等临床表现进行评价。结果 根据Lyshlom膝关节功能评分，A、B、C三组治疗后膝关节功能均有一定的改善（P<0.05）,但改善程度C组显著优于A、B组（P<0.05）。结论 膝关节腔注入玻璃酸钠，配合针灸推拿治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效确切，可明显减轻膝关节的局部症状，增加关节的活动度，恢复膝关节的功能，具有一定的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effect of sodium hyaluronate in combination with acupuncture and massage on treating osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods Two hundred and forty outpatients and inpatients were randomly divided into three groups, with 80 cases in each group. Group A was treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules; Group B was injected sodium hyaluronate into knee joint cavity; Group C was injected with Sodium hyaluronate in combination with acupuncture and massage treatment. The patients, knee flexion and extension activity limp, propping up, instability, pain swelling, climbing stairs up and crouch were observed after a follow-up period of 6 months to 2 years.Results According to Lyshlom knee functional scores, All of the group had a certain extent improvement in knee joints after treatment（P<0.05）. Group C improved better than Group A and group B（P<0.05）.Conclusion Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in combination with acupuncture and massage is effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis. It can significantly reduce the local symptoms of knee joint, and increase joint activity and restore the knee joint function. |
