糖尿病四级量化运动处方对糖尿病患者代谢指标的影响探讨

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨量化运动处方对2型糖尿病患者代谢指标的影响。方法 运动处方组16例使用糖尿病四级量化运动处方(处方4.2)干预,每天运动43 min,每周6 d。运动对照组24例保持患者原有的习惯运动。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗12周后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重指数(BMI)等变化,并记录药物使用情况。结果 (1)运动处方组FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TG治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)运动对照组FBG治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗12周后运动处方组与运动对照组相比FBG、2hPBG、HbA1c、TC差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)观察期间,运动处方组中68.75%(11/16)患者降糖药物中剂量调整平均比例为-53.39%;运动对照组中50%(12/24)患者降糖药物中剂量调整平均比例为+88.89%。结论 (1)糖尿病四级量化运动处方(处方4.2)能改善2型糖尿病患者的糖脂代谢。(2)运动具有等同或优于药物的效果。

Effect of the grade 4 diabetes quantitative exercise prescription on the metabolic parameters in patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of the quantitative exercise prescription(prescription 4.2) on type 2 diabetics. Methods The therapy group(n=16) received the grade 4 diabetes quantitative exercise prescription(prescription 4.2) for 43 min per day, 6 days per week, and the control group(n=24) maintained the original exercise habits. Both of the two groups got guidance from diabetes diet, and adjusted their medications according to the blood glucose levels. The levels of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, SBP, DBP, BMI and drug application were observed before and 12 weeks after the exercise therapy.Results (1)The levels of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c and TG were decreased markedly after the treatment than those before the treatment in the therapy group(P<0.05).(2)There were significant differences in the levels of FBG before and after the treatment in the control group(P<0.05).(3)There were significant differences in the levels of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c and TC between the therapy group and the control group 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).(4)During the observation period, the medicine dosage adjustment in 68.75%(11/16) patients in the therapy group was -53.39%; and the medicine dosage adjustment in 50%(12/24) patients in the control group was +88.89%.Conclusion (1)The grade 4 diabetes quantitative exercise prescription(prescription 4.2) can improve the levels of FBG, 2hPBG, HbA1c, TG and TC in the patients with type 2 diabetics.(2)The effect of exercise is equal to that of medications or even better than the medications on type 2 diabetics.
