| ［摘要］ 目的 观察美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心衰患者的临床效果。方法 选择该院2014-03～2016-03收治的112例心脏瓣膜病伴心衰患者，按照住院号的奇偶数半随机分为对照组和治疗组，各56例。对照组采取常规强心、利尿等治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上服用美托洛尔治疗。对比两组患者治疗4周前后的心率、血压、心胸比、纽约心脏病协会（NYHA）分级及心功能指标变化情况。结果 治疗组的心率、血压、心胸比、NYHA分级以及心功能指标改善程度均优于对照组。治疗组显效45例，有效8例，无效3例；对照组显效35例，有效10例，无效11例，治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 美托洛尔治疗心脏瓣膜病伴心衰，可以显著改善患者心功能指标。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe clinical effect of metoprolol on the treatment of valvular heart disease and heart failure.Methods 112 patients with heart failure and valvular heart disease were semi randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the odd or even hospitalization numbers, with 56 cases in each group. The control group was given routine cardiac and diuretic therapy and the treatment group was given metoprolol based on the same treatment that was given to the control group. The heart rate, blood pressure, cardiothoracic ratio and NYHA class and heart function indicators were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after the treatment.Results The improvements of the heart rate, blood pressure, cardiothoracic ratio, NYHA class and cardiac function indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. In the treatment group, the clinical effects was markedly effective in 45 cases, effective in 8 cases and ineffective in 3 cases. In the control group, the clinical effect was markedly effective in 35 cases, effective in 10 cases and ineffective in 11 cases. The total efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol can significantly improve cardiac function in the patients with valvular heart disease complicated with heart failure. |
