| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2016-01～2016-08该院收治的96例小儿支气管肺炎患者为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各48例。入院后所有患儿均给予常规治疗，对照组在此基础上雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索，观察组雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索联合布地奈德，两组均连续治疗7 d。结果 观察组治愈30例，有效14例，无效4例；对照组治愈18例，有效19例，无效11例。观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.01)；观察组气促消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、体温恢复时间以及住院时间均明显短于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 小儿支气管肺炎通过雾化吸入布地奈德与盐酸氨溴索能够改善患儿临床症状及体征，提高疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation on the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 children with bronchial pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method. All the patients were given routine treatment after admission. Besides the routine treatment, the control group received atomization inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride, and the observation group inhaled ambroxol hydrochloride combined with budesonide. Both of the two groups were treated for 7 days.Results In the observation group, 30 cases were cured, 14 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective. In the control group 18 cases were cured, 19 cases effective and 11 cases ineffective. The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01). The disappearance time of pulmonary rales, cough, body temperature recovery and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of budesonide combined with ambroxol hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. |
