| ［摘要］ 目的 评价复方益消复瘫汤联合鼠神经生长因子（mNGF）治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效。方法 选取2015-08～2016-08该院收治的2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者98例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各49例。在常规降糖治疗的同时，对照组给予mNGF治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合复方益消复瘫汤治疗，两组均治疗8周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活能力以及血浆内皮功能等指标。结果 治疗组基本痊愈5例，显效29例，有效12例，无效3例。对照组基本痊愈2例，显效23例，有效11例，无效13例。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗8周后治疗组神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）和日常生活能力量表（ADL）评分分别为（5.74±1.28）分和（16.57±3.43）分，均低于对照组（P<0.01）；治疗组的内皮素（ET）值和一氧化碳（NO）值分别为（55.43±6.27）pg/ml和（73.58±7.40）μmol/L，均优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 复方益消复瘫汤联合mNGF能够有效改善2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者血糖和神经功能，提高临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of compound Yixiaofutan decotion combined with mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) on Type 2 diabeties mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods Ninety-eight patients with Type 2 diabeties mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were collected as the research subjects and were divided into the treatment group(n=49) and the control group(n=49) by random number table. The control group was treated with mNGF plus conventional glucose-lowering treatment, while the treatment group received the same therapy as the control group plus compound Yixiaofutan decotion. The clinical effect, neurologic function, activities of daily living and plasma endothelial function were compared between the two groups 8 weeks after treatment.Results In the treatment group, 5 cases were cured, 29 cases remarkably effective, 12 cases effective and 3 cases ineffective. In the control group, 2 cases were cured, 23 remarkably effective, 11 cases effective and 13 cases ineffective. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously superior to that of the control group(P<0.05); The scores of NIHSS and ADL in the treatment group［(5.74±1.28) and (16.57±3.43)］ were significantly lower than those in the control group 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.01). After treatment, the improvements of the levels of ET and NO in the treatment group ［(55.43±6.27)pg/ml and (73.58±7.40)μmol/L］ were better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound Yixiaofutan decotion combined with mNGF can effectively improve the blood sugar level and the neural function in the patients with Type 2 diabeties mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction and improve their clinical curative effects. |
