| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和血脂检测在脑血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法 选取该院2015-01～2016-03收治的60例脑血管疾病患者为观察组，同期60名健康体检者为对照组。收集所有入组人员的Hcy、hs-CRP和血脂检测数据，并对所收集的数据进行统计分析。结果 观察组的Hcy、hs-CRP显著高于对照组，而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、脂蛋白（a）［LP（a）］显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 Hcy、hs-CRP和血脂检测值对脑血管疾病患者的诊断及治疗有一定价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the effect of homocysteine(Hcy), high sensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) and serum lipid on the patients with cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases in our hospital were collected as the observation group, and 60 healthy people were taken as the control group. Hcy, hs-CRP and serum lipid were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The improvements of Hcy, hs-CRP, HDL-C and LP(a) in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion The detections of Hcy, hs-CRP and blood lipid have clinical value for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral vascular diseases. |
