| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨黛力新联合雷贝拉唑治疗癔球症患者临床疗效及复发情况。方法 选取该院2015-03～2017-03收治的癔球症患者63例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组32例和对照组31例。对照组采用雷贝拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组基础上联合黛力新治疗。两组疗程均为8周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、焦虑和抑郁量表评分，以及随访6个月复发情况。结果 观察组显效21例，有效10例，无效1例。对照组显效10例，有效7例，无效14例。观察组临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.01）。两组治疗后咽部不适、急躁易怒、食少纳呆评分降低（P<0.05），观察组治疗后评分低于对照组（P<0.01）。两组治疗后焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分降低（P<0.05），观察组治疗后评分低于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组随访6个月复发率（12.50%）低于对照组（41.94%）（P<0.05）。结论 黛力新联合雷贝拉唑治疗癔球症患者临床疗效明显，可减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪，改善患者症状，降低复发率。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Deanxit combined with rabeprazole in treatment of glous hystericus and the follow-up relapsing rate. Methods 63 patients with glous hystericus were selected in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017, and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=32) and the control group(n=31) according to random number table. The control group received rabeprazole. The observation group was treated with Deanxit plus rabeprazole. The two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The curative effect, the main symptom scores, the anxiety and depression scale scores, and the follow-up relapsing rate were compared between the two groups 6 months after treatment. Results In the observation group, the treatment result was markedly effective in 21 cases, effective in 10 and ineffective in 1 case. In the control group, the treatment result was markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 7 and ineffective in 14 cases. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01). In both of the two groups, the scores of pharyngeal discomfort, irritability and anorexia after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the scores of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01). SAS and SDS scores were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05), and SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The follow-up relapsing rate of the observation group 6 months after treatment(12.50%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(41.94%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Deanxit combined with rabeprazole is effective in treatment of glous hystericus. It can relieve anxiety and depression, improve the symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate in the patients. |
