| ［摘要］ 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis，OP)是一种以骨量减少、骨脆性增加和骨结构破坏为特征并伴随骨强度减低的代谢性疾病。该文通过文献复习，分析现行4种主要的骨质疏松症院外健康教育方法的特点及应用现状，以期对不同的人群提供适宜的指导，为医务人员能有针对性地开展骨质疏松症院外健康教育提供理论依据。 |

| ［Abstract］ Osteoporosis(OP) is a metabolic disease characterized by reduced bone mass, increased bone fragility and bone structure destruction, accompanied by decreased bone strength. In this paper, by means of literature study, we summarize the characteristics and application status of 4 out-hospital health education models of primary osteoporosis to provide appropriate guidelines to different groups of people and to give medical workers some theoretical bases and experience references. |
