| ［摘要］ 目的 观察支气管舒张试验的不良反应并探讨其安全性。方法 采用问卷调查方式对2017-06～2018-12该院的1 109例行支气管舒张试验的受试者进行不良反应评价，主要包括一般临床资料、不良反应的症状及其程度、处理措施、恢复情况及是否空腹等。结果 132例（11.9%）受试者发生155个不良反应，其中21例同时发生2～3个不良反应。不良反应以神经肌肉系统症状发生率最高，其次为心血管症状。其中双手震颤47例，心动过速36例，发生率分别为4.2%、3.2%。空腹组出现不良反应的发生率较非空腹组高，其中双手震颤与心动过速在两组间差异均有统计学意义（χ2=8.950，P=0.003； χ2=5.527，P=0.019）。轻度和中度不良反应分别占83.9%和16.1%，无重度不良反应。结论 支气管舒张试验可引起不良反应，但大多是轻度不良反应，支气管舒张试验是安全的。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the adverse reactions of bronchial dilation test and explore its safety. Methods The adverse reactions of 1 109 patients receiving bronchial dilation test in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were evaluated by questionnaire survey. The items investigated mainly included general clinical data, symptoms and degree of adverse reactions, treatment measures, recovery and whether they were fasting, etc. Results A total of 155 adverse reactions were recorded in 132 cases(11.9%), among whom 21 cases had two or three adverse reactions.The highest incidence of adverse reactions was neuromuscular symptoms, followed by cardiovascular symptoms. 47 cases of tremor in both hands and 36 cases of tachycardia occurred in 4.2% and 3.2%, respectively. The incidence of adverse reactions in the fasting group was higher than that in the non-fasting group. There were significant differences between the two groups in tremor in both hands and tachycardia(χ2=8.950, P=0.003; χ2=5.527, P=0.019). Mild and moderate adverse reactions accounted for 83.9% and 16.1% respectively, with no severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Bronchial dilation test may cause adverse reactions, but most of them are mild. Bronchial dilation test is safe. |
