| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨PFTAIRE蛋白激酶1(PFTK1)在直肠癌中的表达情况及其与患者临床特征的关联性。方法 选择2017-01～2018-08于该院手术切除并明确诊断为直肠癌的组织样本56例，并选择其对应的癌旁组织样本56例。采用免疫组化染色技术检测样本PFTK1的表达情况，分析直肠癌组织PFTK1表达情况与患者临床特征的关联性。结果 直肠癌组织PFTK1高表达40例（71.43%），癌旁组织PFTK1高表达18例（32.14%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。癌组织PFTK1高表达组（40例）与PFTK1低表达组（16例）在临床分期、N分期及T分期的分布情况方面存在显著差异（P<0.05）。另外，高表达组有淋巴结转移及术前癌胚抗原（CEA）>5 ng/ml的发生率高于低表达组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PFTK1在人直肠癌中的表达升高，并且PFTK1的高表达情况与患者的直肠癌的临床分期、N分期、T分期及淋巴结转移情况和术前CEA水平存在关联性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the expression of PFTAIRE protein kinase 1(PFTK1) in rectal cancer and its correlation with the clinical characteristics of rectal cancer patients. Methods Fifty-six rectal cancer tissue samples which were surgically resected in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were selected, and 56 cases of matched paracancerous tissue samples were selected. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of PFTK1 in the samples, and the correlation between PFTK1 expression in rectal cancer tissues and clinical characteristics of the patients was analyzed. Results Forty cases(71.43%) had high expression of PFTK1 in the rectal cancer tissues, and 18 cases(32.14%) in the paracancerous tissues, with a significant difference between the two tissues(P<0.05). There were significant differences in the distributions of clinical staging, N staging and T staging between the PFTK1 high expression group(n=40) and the PFTK1 low expression group(n=16) (P<0.05). In addition, the incidence of lymph node metastasis and preoperative carcino-embryonic antigen(CEA) >5 ng/ml was higher in the high expression group than that in the low expression group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of PFTK1 in human rectal cancer is elevated, and the high expression of PFTK1 is correlated with the clinical stage, N staging, T staging and lymph node metastasis of the patients with rectal cancer and preoperative CEA level. |
